You can find Peking, Cantonese, and Thai dishes on their extensive menu. There is also a Mongolian-style grill where diners assemble their own veggie, meat and sauce combinations and are charged by weight. Lunch and dinner buffets are available. There is nothing daring on the menu, but all the familiar favorites are here. Sam's is open late for midnight ginger beef cravings.
