- Sky 360 is the latest incarnation of the rotating restaurant at the top of the downtown Calgary Tower, and from all accounts it is by far the most successful, both in terms of use of space and execution of menu. Focusing on Canadian classics, Sky 360 explores regional cuisine through a fine dining lens. Despite the spectacular location and view of everything from the mountains to the prairies on a 45 minute rotation, prices are competitive with restaurants at street level. With such choices as Goat Cheese Tarrine, Herb Crusted Lamb Rack and Pan Seared Scallop Risotto, you may not even notice the city rotating around you. Sunday brunch atop the Tower is a local favorite.
