- A staple in the Calgary restaurant scene for many years, Smugglers is close to shopping, banking and business centers of the city. They specialize in prime rib steak, using only Alberta beef but also offer other selections. For instance, you can order barbecued baby back ribs or flame roasted chicken and lobster. Beer and wine are available as well. The décor is dark and rich, surrounded by beautiful hardwood floors. There are a number of cozy chairs arranged around their ubiquitous fireplaces or you can take a seat at the bar.
