His offerings feature locally raised meats, game and vegetables from farmers and producers who share his vision for sustainable high quality and close to home cuisine. To augment Chef Marner's Canadian focused cuisine, The Ranche provides a variety of wine from Canada's best producers. The passion also extends to other regions of the world, as they have sought to find some of the best producers from Italy, France, Australia and South America.
