Bearclaw Gallery

• The Bearclaw Gallery is located along 17th Avenue Southwest, just west of Mount Royal Village. It specializes in First Nations and Inuit Art, and has periodic artist receptions celebrating Canadian talent. Most of the art comes from Western Canada and is representative of native culture. There is a large assortment of soapstone sculptures as well as carvings and prints of native rituals throughout history. There is also a selection of beautiful Navajo turquoise and silver jewelry that is hand-made and reasonably priced.
