- For a break from the stress of modern life, there's few things better than a garden in a park. Riley Park is near Kensington, one of Calgary's busiest pedestrian areas because of its many shops and restaurants. The park is ideal for frisbee, soccer and sun bathing. There's also an area for cricket, which is one of only a few in Calgary. The playgrounds and wading pool are great for little kids, and the picnic tables make outdoor lunches very manageable. Riley Park is easy to find, just off of 14th Street and 5th Ave, just down the hill from SAIT.
