  founded in Cambridge in 1982, and its owner, Gus Rancatore loves the
  thing so much he even wrote a book about it. In 2008, Toscanini's went
  under, and was seized by the state of Massachusetts. Thanks to its
  grassroots support, fans rallied together $30,000 in eight days, and
  the store opened its doors to dairy lovers again soon after. Visit the
