Description:

  • Perched high above the Columbia Valley south of Golden, Cedar House has one of the best views in the region. The log lodge is divided into cozy dining areas and is flanked by decks, all the better to take in the vista. The exciting menu features seasonal specials and local meats and vegetables, all cooked in an open kitchen. Seared wild salmon with lemon balm and chile butter, and grilled pork tenderloin with fig, thyme, and sherry jus are standouts.
