Description:
This is one of the most authentic-looking of Radium's ersatz Alpine structures, flanked by filigreed balconies, gables, and flowerpots. The menu features six varieties of schnitzel, but thankfully also contains a broad selection of other Austrian and Continental dishes. Jagerrostbraten is grilled beef loin in red wine, bacon, mushroom, and cranberry sauce. Homemade sausages, fish, and steaks round out the menu.
