This new wine bar sits on the upper level of Casa Rolandi, a relaxed place to come for a predinner drink or a nightcap. The gourmet bar has a fine wine and liquor selection, and also offers cigars. This is a refined alternative to Cancún's more raucous bars and clubs. It's open from 7pm until the last customer leaves.
