El Embarcadero is located next to the bridge that connects Cancun island to the mainland. The wildly popular Captain Hook dinner cruise and the Sea Passion catamaran cruise departs from the Embarcadero.
Barcelo Costa Cancun is the closest hotel to the Embarcadero. In fact, the Capt. Hook boats are only a few steps from the hotel's beach.
Aquamarina Beach Hotel, Ocean Spa Hotel, and Temptation Resort & Spa, Torre Dorada are all within about a five minute walk to El Embarcadero.
Hotel Imperial Las Perlas and Holiday Inn Arenas are within walking distance as well, but it will take roughly 15-20 minutes to walk to El Embarcadero from those hotels.
Oasis Palm Beach, Grand Oasis Caribbean, and Club Internacional de Cancun (also known as Vacation Club International) are all next to each other and are located just on the other side of the bridge from El Embarcadero. It is a short walk from each hotel, but taxis are readily available as well.
