- El Cafe Mexicano, located within the Ritz-Carlton Cancun, is open for daily for breakfast and lunch. Mexican and International cuisine are served in this bright and airy restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor seating, all with views of the pool and the Caribbean Sea. There is a full menu offered as well as a buffet. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with both an omelet station and a waffle station, fresh fruits and pastries, as well as traditional Mexican dishes, like panuchos and chilaquiles. The food and service are wonderful, just as you would expect them to be at any Ritz-Carlton property.
