Chef Alex Rudin's use of fresh seasonal ingredients keeps the menu ever changing, but always innovative. Choices like Shrimp Ceviche in a spicy Oriental sauce and Lobster and Truffle Lasagna are just a few examples of how the cuisine does not know countries, only flavors. Desserts are equally imaginative and the Pineapple-Papaya Strudel bathed in Malibu Rum Sauce is pure ecstasy.
