• Peter's Restaurante is a family operation. Peter Houben is the chef and general manager, but his wife and son are also on hand, to make sure every guest is properly taken care of, during their meal. The intimate setting makes dining at Peter's is more like dining in the home of a close friend than in a restaurant. The menu is small, but there are plenty of great dishes to be had. For starters, try the homemade chicken and smoked turkey pate, or mushroom raviolis with truffle sauce. The entrees include prime cuts of beef, seafood dishes, and a few dishes that feature pork or chicken. Some of the delicious dishes include the Beef Brisket, which is served with chipotle mashed potatoes, the Pork Tenderloin Medallions in a three chili sauce, and the Shrimp Fettucini.
