- La Isla Shopping Village is one of Cancun's finest malls. Located in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone, the open-air plaza has many restaurants, upscale boutiques, souvenir shops, a movie theater, and even an aquarium where you can swim with dolphins or feed sharks. You can also have a chair massage next to the canal that runs through the plaza. Enjoy a martini while people-watching at La Madonna, have a refreshing ice cream treat at Stone Cold Creamery, or have a romantic meal at Thai, a waterfront restaurant that has over-the-water tables. Children love running through the fountains at the back of the mall, next to Nichupte lagoon.
