Well... it depends on what do you want to shop.
There's a good option a Mall called "La Isla"

If you want a mall, you have "La Isla" in the hotel zone. Downtown there is "Plaza Las Americas" and if you are looking for the more traditional Mexican artifacts, you have Mercado 28 (veinte ocho). Good luck
