What is the best time to come to Cancun to have a chance of seeing the sea turtles hatching? Not to disturb them, just to see this miracle.

The turtles only nest here in the Summer months so that is your best time to see them. There is a turtle farm on the island of Isla Mujeres and they have baby turtles there but not sure if they have them all year (I've only been there in the Summer). Your best place to see the turtles will probably be in Akumal.

The sea turtle season goes from May to October. Akumal has an ecological organization known as CEA http://ceakumal.org/ as well as SAVE Riviera Maya. These are very active in the Turtle programs, sustainable tourism and protecting our local and world environments. It should be a bucket list item. I have been experiencing this for over 30 years and it still puts butterflies in my stomach.
I suggest staying in the Riviera Maya!
