Does cancun sell American beer? Like coor light, miller lite or any American beer

In Cancun there are many locations (Stores or Bars) that sell foreign beers. It is not uncommon that people like what the like. There are many convenient stores, including 7-eleven and Oxxo that have a wide variety of beers. Also Wal-mart and Sam's. I know of a few bars in Puerto Aventuras that have either Bud light or Coors Light. So, the chances of finding American Beer are good!
