As mentioned before, it all depends how much you want to spend. First of all if you have all inclusive at your hotel then you dont have to worry about paying for food and drinks. If not, I would advise you to book all inclusive, because if you dont you will end up paying a lot more in the restaurants and bars. If you have all the accommodation, food and drinks covered, then just worry about souvenirs and covers. If you wanted to go to nightclubs for example be prepared to pay 50 USD cover per person per nightclub open bar. Prices for clothing or jewelery you can expect to be the same as at home (for souvenirs). Good luck and congratulations.

Depends a lot, in what kind of plan you are travelling but let me tell you something its always better to avoid bringing a lot of cash with you. With a couple of credit or debit cards you should make it to pay almost anywhere, normally you would only use just cash for things such as buying souvenirs at the local handycrafts market, for eating in small local places, for cabs or busses and for tipping.
Cancun its a very modern city with ATM and international Banks everywhere.

This will depend on a number of things...
Firstly if you are staying at an All Inclusive Resort, how many tours and excursions are you planning to do, how many days you will be in Cancun and whether you like shopping.
If you are staying All Inclusive and get to a Palace Resort, you will find that you get unlimited FREE Excursions from a list that they have, including things like Chichen Itza, Coba, wet n wild... check out www.palaceresorts.com for more info.
The most expensive day trips cost around $130.00 USD per person cheapest around $50.00 USD per person... there are many more at around $80.00 USD per person... so this should help you to Budget.
A night out will cost around $70.00 USD per person with open bar at a club like Coco Bongo, plus taxi around $12.00 USD each way (or public bus at 7 pesos).
I would suggest that you leave your cash in the bank apart from a couple of hundred dollars for Emergencies and use the ATM to make withdrawals will you are here.
Good Luck.

Well as every one is bean telling you, it depends a lot in were you are going to stay, how long and what you want to do.
But you have to keep in mind that Cancun and the Riviera Maya are places were you can adapt your honeymoon depending on your budget.
If you can fix a budget there are many companies that are destination management companies that can arrange your trip and give you really good suggestions.
If you can give me some more info I would be glad to help you out
