Traveling with my wife to Cancun,want a decent resort with good food.
We want a decent resort that has good partying and good food. Not interested in the singles scene. Can be a 3-4 star property. Which resort should I book?

Around here in Puerto Morelos , i will recomend "Paradisus" and "Excellence" , both with very good comments from people that i meet . Hope it can help , have a good trip .

Puerto Morelos, is one of the best options now, not far from Cancun not far from Playa del Carmen.
you can find all the services you may need in here, plus most places are in a very short distance...

besides an all inclusive resort you can find acomodation in a small hotel on the beach here

Oasis Viva Beach, Oasis Palm Beach, Oasis Cancun (although this one may be too much of a party), Royal Solaris - all of these properties are right on the beach, give you a choice of Ocean View or Lagoon View, have a good animations team and are All Inclusive. I'm sure that you would enjoy any of these properties.
