Description:
- Situated in the heart of the Palais des Festivals and home to major events, this modern theater can seat 1000 (600 in thr orchestra section and 400 in the balcony). The prime period of the theater is during the Cannes Film Festival, when it screens the best art house films from all over the world. It is also a popular venue for concerts during the MIDEM (international music festival), and ballet performances during the dance festival. Barring the festivals, it also hosts events including plays, concerts and ballets throughout the year.
