Description:

  • Originally an 1897 private residence, this self-proclaimed "boutique hotel" opened its doors in 2001 after an exhaustive renovation. The only parts of the hotel not subject to this renovation were the elevator, the marble stairways, and the facade (a historical monument), creating a feel of updated antiquity. Despite the old-fashioned decoration, this hotel feels like home, replete with a lounge that doubles as a breakfast room and a bar, a salon, and an accommodating reception desk. The rooms retain their traditional charm, but have been furnished with modern goodies such as air-conditioning and a TV with pay movies. Each comes with a tiled bathroom containing tub and shower.

    Great Hotel

  • We stayed in Le Cavendish for 2 nights in July 2011. We were coming from Nice Airport and we could find the hotel easily. They provided us a place in the car park for a reasonable price....
