- The blue onion-shaped dome atop this church is its most distinguishing feature. Église Orthodoxe Russe St-Michel-Archange was built in 1894 by Alexandra Skripytzine, a Russian exile. Its three golden crosses are also a symbol of Russian influence in the city in the 1800s. Be warned that it's usually locked, except for certain services.
