Located an hour from the Four Corners, Monticello's Lamplight Restaurant features American and Italian favorites by way of Santa Fe. Lunch and dinner classics include BLTs, taco salad, Chicken Parmesan, Herb Roasted Duck Confit and breaded Tilapia, to name a few. Senior portions are available for the Country Fried and Hamburger Steaks. For those looking for something on the greener side of things, they do host the largest salad bar in the region (and it is all you can eat!) Beware of the 32 oz milkshake, rumored to be the biggest in the area – they can be addicting!
