  • This charming restaurant decorated with whaling artifacts overlooks Edgartown Harbor. Whether you are dining indoors or outside, boat watching is a favorite activity and live entertainment is on the menu every Friday and Saturday night. Sample the quahaug chowder or crab cakes (which you can also get downstairs, in the very popular Boathouse Bar), but save room for dinner. Typical entrees include a bouillabaisse of fresh seafood in a Pernod and fennel tomato sauce, and a seafood pasta made with shrimp, scallops, littleneck clams and mussels in a garlic butter wine sauce.
