Description:
- Sponsored by The Captain Freeman Inn in the Lower Cape Cod village of Brewster, this off-season cooking school features classes in Italian cuisine. The classes include lessons on ingredients used, the differences between northern and southern cooking styles, and regional recipes. There are seven weekends in all, each concentrating on a particular region and tackling food groups from breads and pastas to meat preparation and fish specialties. Prices for each weekend range between $580-680 for two, and include accommodations at the inn for two nights.
