  • Champers is a veteran of classical French-continental cuisine. This restaurant is of the old order, and is decorated in salmon hues with brass chandeliers, silver cutlery and striking crockery, this is truly a nostalgic fine dining experience. On the menu there's distinctive eisbein terrine and salmon quenelles on leeks with a crayfish sabayon. Springbok and ostrich are recommended, and one dare not forget to mention the to-die-for hazelnut and chocolate pudding. There is a medium wine list with a few select imports.
