- Just down the hill from Lions Head, Signal Hill is a fantastic spot from which to catch the sunset, look out over Robben Island, take in the city lights, and enjoy a picnic. There are trails that meander from the parking lot, some eventually leading to a hike up Lion's Head. Do take care as there have been muggings in the area.
