After floods in March of 2011 drowned many businesses in Capitola, the Britannia Arms, which has a primary location in neighboring Aptos, opened its doors in June. Located smack-dab next to the Capitola Beach, Britannia Arms is quickly becoming a go-to hang out joint for locals and out of towners alike. While the classic pub food and full bar keeps customers coming in during all business hours, Sunday brunch is the restaurant's most popular service.
