• If you are a cricket fan, come along and support Glamorgan in the pleasant surroundings of Sophia Gardens as well as other sporting venues throughout the city. Set on the banks of the River Taff with lots of trees and parkland around, you can enjoy a day's sunbathing when the weather is right. Glamorgan won the league in 1997 and are generally somewhere near the top, so you can expect to see some first class cricket. The season runs from April through September each year. Ticket prices vary.
