• At the bottom of a long drive, parking is available for guests, and three ranch entrances lead around a trail that circles a small variety of plants that call Southern California home. The first thing people will notice about the Leo Carrillo Ranch are the peacocks that wander throughout the grounds unsupervised. They are feral creatures free to leave whenever they want; however, they have become accustomed to life on the ranch and people who visit. Inside the ranch house, now a small gift shop and offices, is the original poncho worn by Carillo in The Cisco Kid. For those who would like to get an inside look at life on the ranch, guided tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays. - Erick Pettersen
