Description:
- L'Auberge, meaning tastings, is an accommodation and dining destination since 1929. This 12 table restaurant, managed by Chef Walter Manzke (ex-Bouchée) was awarded the Best of the Year Restaurant Hot Seat by Bon Appetit. Beautiful architecture and classy interiors make this place a sight worth a visit. The menu consists of innovative Californian cuisine with touches of European tradition. Take your pick from the 4,500 bottle collection, housed in the underground wine cellar.
