    • A Bay Area native, executive Chef Cal Stamenov honed his culinary skills at a three-star-rated restaurant in the Hotel de Paris in Monaco. His innovative California-Continental style borrows the best from both regions. His menu, light on beef and game, focuses on the fresh seafood and fresh vegetables of the Monterey Peninsula. The wine list features 1,400 different labels including, of course, several vintages from Bernardus Winery.
