In public transport, we have decent bus service between IT Park and Sector 17/PGI/Other Sectors in Chandigarh.
One can also easily get sharing or dedicated auto rickshaws from IT Park.
Taxi services are available on phone call, of course their charges are higher.

There are a large number of buses and auto rickshawas all over the town to go from one corner to another. Autos are nalthough metered but many a times they say that it does not work and charge more. So you need to nagitiate while hiring them.

There are two components to this question.
1. When you arrive at the railway station and wish to go to IT Park.
2. When you are in the city center say Sector 17.
From Railway station you mat take the bust direct to IT Park time 15 minutes cost R10/-
OR
you may catch an auto or taxi and travel to IT Park, time 10 minutes, cost R 50/- to 75/-
OR
You may take a cycle rickshaw and go to IT Park, time 20 minutes, cost R50/-

2. From city center you may catch an ordinary bus time 40 minutes, cost R10/-
OR
catch an AC bus to IT Park, time 30 minutes cost R20/-
OR
take an auto time, 20 minutes, cost R80/-
OR
Take a Taxi, time 20 minutes, cost R150/-

Negotiations with auto and taxi drivers may help you get a few rupees off, hardly seems worth the effort.

Enjoy your journey!
