I stayed here while in a Conference and because all hotels closer to the Convention Center were sold out. It is about 6 blocks from the Conv Center and during daylight is not a problem...

Had to stay here since my regular hotel was sold out. I am not a picky traveler. Overall, the room was nice and clean. I did get the sense that the hotel was a bit on the tired side...
