Unique by comparison, long before four walls were built, the inspiration for Cantina 1511 was born far from Charlotte in a place called Oaxaca, Mexico. Co-Owner Frank Scibelli, traveling on one of many trips to the region, became inspired to bring genuine Mexican cuisine to the Queen City.
