- Carpa Diem has been in business since 1989, and has always had a growing base of regular customers. The place has this innate elegance to it with its beautiful woodwork, marbled floors and warm lighting. The eatery's menu consists of an all American fare with the usual salads, appetizers, vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees, and wine and champagne. Private dinners can also be arranged with audio visual facilities. They also take up catering orders. So, the next time you plan a dinner, just make a call, and everything will be taken care of.
