American standards like crab cakes and a grilled ribeye round out the menu. The bistro's wine list is 500-strong, and all can be ordered over dinner or at the full bar. By night, Pewter Rose is home to Tutto Mondo, a velvet-draped nightclub with energetic DJs, ace bartenders, and ready access to the bistro's full menu. Message from Pewter Rose Bistro
At Pewter Rose Bistro, Chef Dewey and staff offer menus that are "Internationally-American," drawing on the diverse, ethnic and cultural heritage of the United States--relating it to the palate of the region. Local produce, fresh seafood, poultry, beef, pork, game meats, and vegetarian items are all interpreted in unique yet "comfortable" ways. The extensive wine list of over 500 selections is an evolving work of love by General Manager Susie Peck. With emphasis on French and California wines, each has been hand selected. We are proud to note that our wine list has received numerous awards from the prestigious "Wine Spectator" magazine. We also offer 10-12 wines by the glass on a monthly basis. Feel free to ask your server for advice with your wine selection.
