• Zink serves a flashier version of traditional American comfort food. The "fork tender" baby back ribs come with a peanut-molasses glaze and a side of citrus-jicama slaw. The Trout Almondine comes with parmesan grits, shrimp, and sweet sausage. And if you order steak and fries, your steak will be topped with blue cheese butter and, by "fries," they mean parmesan-herb-truffle fries. At lunch time, the humble tuna sandwich is served on Tuscan bread with beefsteak tomatoes, tapenade, and an herb aioli. To make decisions even harder, Zink also offers a full sushi menu, including specialty rolls with names like "Rainbow Carpaccio" and "Firecracker." The restaurant's atmosphere is an homage to the speakeasies of old, but with yet another dash of modern flair.
