Description:
- Stumpton Park is situated in the pretty suburb of Mathews in Charlotte. Truly a green lung of sorts, this park doubles up as an entertainment venue whenever the need arises, which is quite often. Movies screened here as well as concerts are well attended by locals and visitors. Schools in the neighborhood also often organize events here, along with corporate parties. The much awaited Matthews Alive show is held on the last weekend of August each year at Stumpton Park.
