- Nimmamhaemin Road might sport only high-end restaurants and bars, but her sois or side streets hold a few treasures that are as easy on the wallet as they are on the eyes. Dayli at the end of soi 11 is perhaps the best example. The place is more or less outdoors, giving the seating area a garden-like feel. Lights in the trees and candles on the tables set the atmosphere. Dayli's menu of Thai cuisine is modestly priced, however, the English menu is a bit shorter and leaves off some good dishes. The Beer Leo promotion of three large bottles for just ฿119 ices the cake, making Dayli one of the cheapest places to have a drink as well as enjoy a great meal. -Scott Johnson
