• One of Nimmanhaemin's gourmet ice cream parlors, Ice Chic is as much about the relaxing environment as it is about its gelato ice cream. There are over 35 flavors that rotate through the shop. The gelato pairs well with barista espresso drinks made with Illy brand Italian espresso. There is a porch in the front of the shop where customers may eat, and on rainy days the restaurant's basement is cozy and welcoming with its white paint and brown leather theme that reminds one of a 1970s home parlor. Of course, photos of Vespas and Vespa parts are generously used for decoration. - Scott Johnson
