A great place to while away a balmy night, the North Gate Jazz Co-op is a small bar with a few tables out on the street facing the centuries old North Gate. Normally there are a couple of bands playing of an evening featuring both Thai and international musicians. Every Tuesday the North Gate is open to anybody who wants to take part in a jam session so you can literally, expect the unexpected. Located inside the moat at North Gate, the bar is inexpensive and serves as a great launch pad to heading out somewhere else later in the evening.A must see bar in Chiang Mai.
