Bodhi Serene Chiang Mai

• Bodhi is named after the giant, long-living Bodhi tree, one of which grows in the courtyard. While much smaller than some of the large resorts on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, Bodhi offers similar five-star luxury right inside the Old City walls making it only a short walk rather than a song thao (traditional Thai transport) ride from downtown Chiang Mai. The theme of the hotel is a mix of modern design and traditional Lanna (Northern Thai) art. Bodhi's rooms all have a view of the pool and waterfall in the courtyard, overcoming Chiang Mai's common problem of rooms without views.
