Suthep is usually mistaken for the road going up to Doi Suthep. Home of Wat Suan Dok, Wat U Mong, Chiang Mai University and Thon Phayon Market, Suthep is extremely popular to and mostly occupied by university students, day and night. An area not to be missed if you want to see where local uni students are hanging out and having fun.
