The smoothies here are a highlight, where combinations such as yoghurt, watermelon and ginger, work surprisingly well. The tofu salad is worth trying, as is the delicious porridge. The quality of the ingredients is a priority at Bon Kitchen, wherever possible Bon will use organic produce and MSG is out. As Bon says on the restaurant's Facebook page "My number one priority is to make & serve delicious food. There's no extra profit in using higher quality ingredients, but I prefer building my business this way". So far it has been a sound strategy and this little restaurant has a very good reputation.
