Jie Tong Heng's extensive menu features a variety of Chinese specialty dishes including favorites such as Peking Duck, Hong Kong Style Roast Pig Hong, and Shark Fin Soup. The restaurant's unique atmosphere combines both traditional Chinese and local Lanna (Northern Thai) decorations. The tables in the primary dining room are round with a large lazy-susan in the middle, perfect for large groups. Jie Tong Heng has a selection of red wines as well as Chinese rice wines.
