• Meet Milos, a Czech born American expat in Thailand for over a decade, and his Thai son for an hour of Samathi "awareness" meditation each night from 8-9 in front of Wat Dok Kham just around the corner from his house. For just THB100 curious travelers get meditation classes and a plethora of information on anything from Northern Thai travel to motorcycle maintenance and plenty of amazing stories. The house can also be rented for negotiable and reasonable prices. Milos is also qualified to teach Thai, English, German, Czech, or Russian for THB200/hour.
