Mae Wang Waterfall

Description:

  • Mae Wang Waterfall is a single step waterfall that is around 20 metres high and which thunders down a 45-degree ramp it has cut through a large slab of rock into a lovely pool. One of the better falls for swimming in the province, Mae Wang waterfalls is one of those where you can swim right up to. Located din Mae Wang National Park, the falls feeds into the Me Wang River, a popular place for bamboo rafting. There is a short nature trail to reach the falls and some well-landscaped steps leading down to the falls from the parking area.
