Description:
- Nimmanhaemin Road has become Chiang Mai's modern-day center for art and culture due to its location between Chiang Mai University and some of the city's higher-end residences. Think Park was a gift to Thai art student Varisa Passakornnatee from her father, the owner of Thai Japanese food chain, Oishi. In the Nimmanhaemin spirit, Think Park hosts events in art, science, technology, and the environment. During events, usually held in the evening, the park becomes a fairground of food stalls, shops, and live entertainment. When events aren't taking place the park becomes a scenic spot that attracts strollers and young skaters alike. -Scott Johnson
